When I’ve needed minor maintenance it was done quickly by friendly staff. The gym and clubhouse are nice and always very clean. Being connected to a Hilliard park with a fishing pond and also to the Hilliard bike path are great benefits. My favorite place I’ve ever lived. Highly recommend."

"I haven’t rented in 40 years and our time here has been most enjoyable. First and foremost, Latham Apartments is community and not so much an apartment complex. The management team treats those in this community with respect and puts our needs above profits. Also, I can’t say enough good things about Omar and his maintenance staff- they are simply amazing, They’re always prompt and completes the request, fast and friendly. Lastly, we chose this community as our temporary Ohio residence because of the friendly front office ladies!" 

“We moved into Latham back in February, and we absolutely love it! The office staff is by far the best apartment staff I have ever seen in an apartment complex. They are always super friendly and most importantly super organized! The apartments are extremely nice as well. We moved into our apartment brand new, so everything was perfect in it. Love the location and how easy it is to access I-270 and I-70. This is a quiet apartment complex with friendly neighbors. A great place to live if you want to take advantage of the outdoors, there are tons of walking and bike paths around the complex and Hilliard.”

“I have lived at The Square at Latham Park for 4 years. I have had a fantastic experience with both the property and staff. Each apartment is spacious with lots of storage, granite countertops, stainless appliances and even an attached garage. We have a great clubhouse with a nice workout facility, year round swimming pool and Starbucks Coffee. The property managers are very friendly and professional, and the maintenance team top notch. I would highly recommend The Square at Latham Park for anyone looking for a professional environment and a great location."

“This is the perfect apartment. Attached garage, spacious living areas overlooking a pond with ducks and egret and blue heron. We even have a meditation labyrinth and a walking path that meanders around the complex and also takes you to an adjoining nature preserve. The office staff and maintenance team are professional, friendly and act over and above in performing their duties. The owner/developer is a hands-on guy, a pleasant surprise for the apartment world. I could not be happier with my home here at Latham Park."

“Great value if you're looking for a spacious 2-BR, 2-BA apartment with an attached garage, granite countertops and high-end appliances. I've never heard a quieter dishwasher! We have used the beautiful clubhouse for several get-togethers and everyone loved it. The glass-enclosed year-round swimming pool is a unique amenity we have enjoyed using and sharing with family and guests. It's also great to have trash pickup, wifi and a security system included in the rent. There is a walking path around the complex with other nearby trails. Most of the apartments have lovely views from the patios and balconies.”

"I love living at The Square at Latham! It’s a luxury community in a beautiful country setting. Included in my two bedroom apartment is an attached garage with opener, spacious walk-in closets, two full bathrooms, an open kitchen with lovely stainless steel appliances. I must add, the quietest dishwasher ever!! Included in our rent is weekly trash removal, internet, BreezelineTV, 24 hour fitness center, Year round beautiful swimming pool, 24 hour StarBucks coffee available in our clubhouse, walking/biking trails connecting us with other neighborhoods, a great place for children! Very dog friendly! Short drive to all major highways, the awesome Columbus Zoo, the airport, The Ohio State University all within 30 minutes! The office and maintenance teams are the very best; professional and friendly! This is a safe, beautiful, fun place to call home. I feel like I am on vacation every day. Just take a tour, take a look! You will be so happy you did!"

"I was not happy in my old apartment complex and started searching for a new one. I looked at quite a few before discovering Latham. I chose Latham for many reasons; the attached garage, the large rooms, the full sized washer/dryer, the walk in closets, the view of the pond, the pool and workout equipment, the community area with Starbucks coffee and the barbecue area. Those features have not disappointed. After living here almost a year, I have found even more reasons to love Latham. The community itself is very quiet and safe. Everyone is conscientious of keeping us clean and attractive. Maintenance requests are taken care of quickly and courteously. There are many walking paths which I enjoy with my dog. So to sum it up, Latham has become my home."
