Terms, Fees & Deposits
Application Fee:
$70.00 per person (all applicants over 18 must apply)
Security Deposit: Equal to one month rent. *Rules and restrictions apply
Administrative Fee:
One-time fee of $250.00 due at Move-In
Pet Fees: One- time pet fee of $350.00 per pet. Monthly pet rent is $50 for 1 pet or $100.00 for 2 pets. Learn more

Security Deposit refunds are dependent on condition of unit at Move-out.
