Pet Policy
We allow up to 2 pets per apartment.
Pets must be under 50 lbs combined weight.
Must not be on our breed restriction list or mixed with any breeds on the restriction list.
$300 Security deposit for 1 pet, $100 of which may be refunded.
Refund is dependent on condition of unit at Move-Out.
$50 monthly rent for 1st pet, or $75 monthly for two pets.
